"I was told pets are not allowed at this property and yet just in the first buildings when entering the property there are more then 10 units whom have one or more dogs .my issue is I am tired of stepping in dog poop and this is beyond frustrating , no one picks up their pets poop. no one has their dogs on leashes either so sense yes dogs are allowed at this property please make a dog park were the dogs can poop. and us other residents don't have problems stepping in dog poop. thank you"

"I used to live here long ago , but the reviews are on point . Since it's not a gated complex anyone can show up an vandalize the property or your property. Dont show off anything valuable because you'll be a target. Secure your vehicle's . Maintenance has always been an issue, they don't fix it right away."

"Dangerous place. That's the absolute LEAST of the problems. Rails on the stair cases are NOT even properly screwed in. A/C has issues EVERY summer and gets shut off. American rights are stripped upon moving here. That includes, right to bear arms, freedom of speech. Parking is horrible, yet towing is enforced. No smoking in or near units, and there is no designated smoking area. Good luck receiving mail. During renovation workers had to suit up for asbestos. I could go on but I'm sure my point is clear."
