With my extensive experience in living in an apartment complex environment.. I still have not found a single flaw in the Northwood Apt complex. "The manager Terry goes above and beyond to help out her tenants. When there is a problem she'll get it solved as quickly as possible. When my children take out ths trash they stop by to say hi and she gives them candy. She always makes sure to have candy for the children."

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS!! I don’t know what is worse, the Manager Terry or the roaches!! They are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They will lie and do all they can to KEEP your deposit! Roaches will FOREVER be a problem no matter how clean your apartment is! DO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE REGARDLESS OF THE CHEAP PRICE THEY WILL HIDE FEES AND THROW YOUR BIKES OUT WITH OUT NOTICE! Then the manager will act like an upset teen when you try to discuss problems. STAY AWAY!!"

"Don't even consider moving here!!! Took about a month to hear from management to let us know we were even accepted, she was usually never there when I go up there and check or had any questions. When we finally found out we were accepted and they had an apartment ready we did everything we needed to do to move in. When we finally got settled in and had EVERYTHING moved in, we noticed there were roaches EVERYWHERE and I mean EVERYWHERE! Not just the kitchen but both bedrooms, bathroom, closets and the hallway. We saw some crawl individually on the walls or as a clan in the corners. Somehow they got into our bread that we never even opened. We sprayed and set traps and of course that won't kill them all. She had told me the maintenance guy fogged the place before we moved in but I don't think so. We immediately moved the hell out after 2 days of moving everything in there. Our neighbor talked to my husband and mentioned the people who lived there before were complete slobs and never noticed the guy fogging up that apartment. Now it's monday, thinking "management" would be there after not being there the entire weekend, she's still not there for me to tell her we decided to leave. So don't waste your time here or even waste your time thinking about moving here."
