"Overture Ridgmar is probably the best 55+ apartment complex in the city of Ft. Worth. From the underground parking garage to the large apartments there is no match close. Also you will not meet a better group of people than the men and women living here. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and helpful. I feel comfortable calling on any of them at any time. The staff is great and seem very anxious to please the residents and meet all of our expectaitons. There are lots of excitng activities going on and you are free to join in whenever you please or not. up to you. if you are looking for a really ACTIVE 55+ community, Overture Ridgmar should be the first, and last, place you look!!!"

"We are just moving in so we haven't really experienced much, however we can definitely speak to the patience of a great staff during the process because they definitely were patient! We visited the property and various apartments probably no less than 6-8 times in a 45-day span. We just couldn't make a decision about moving in. We were invited to attend several events while we were considering this location and they were quick to treat us like residents even before signing the lease! We have been moving in for the past week and several other tenants have stopped by to chat & welcome us to the property. This seems like a great start! Can't wait to see what the next 15-months present!"

"The place is a great place to live except for the noise of the military base when the jets run there maneuvers. They needed to get a better manager in their. Once my husband passed away I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I was told if I was moving out I had to be gone before the manager went on vacation which was 6 days before Christmas even though I was paid through December 31. I feel I was screwed over literally."

"We have lived here for almost three years and we absolutely love it. The neighbors here are wonderful, and the facility itself is first rate. The management team is excellent, and any maintenance issues that arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Activities abound, and the larger neighborhood is safe and inviting. We could not have a chosen a more perfect place to call home!"
