"getting fed up with the guy in the silver accord with the LA and various stickers by BLDG 3,4 blasting his music at 11, 12 at night. judging by others going out and yelling heard shortly after with the guy I'm not the only one. take a drive dude or in the day time is somewhat understandable. sitting in the lot, doing it that late continously your being absolutely obnoxious on purpose. no one wants to hear your whack playlist. can security not come around and tell this dude something or let the office know?"
"I love the location, very nice and quiet area. Maintenance and office staff are always very attentive. The complex has 2 pools that we really enjoy."
"I change my mind about giving them 5 stars, this is by far the worst I've seen in my 38 years of apartment living. Previous management was okay but, this new people are just awful. Have spoken to corporate and I see why these people are the way they are..."
"I have mold in my vents. They won't clean them. My AC doesn't work. It's 90° in here. But the rent just keeps going up."
"This place is a mess. Lights constantly are shorting out, the garbage disposal hasn't worked in two years, there literally ONE laundromat for a 12+ building apartment complex (that's not even the best part.) And only ONE washer works, (everytime someone complains they say there's nothing they can do because it's a third party) and the laundromat is rarely open. But they have two freaking pools. That's intelligent. I've seen trap houses on Northside that have better amenities."
