"Recently moved in. Have lived here for 5 months now. The front office was very friendly and inviting. They helped me with my lease and made my 1st apartment experience, a pleasant one. My apartment was clean and updated unlike some of the other apartments in the area. I would definitely recommend this property."

"I'm a current resident. I would give this place a 1/2 star. End of our lease can't come soon enough!!!! My husband and I have been here for 2 years going on our 3rd. It was nice at first then it all went to hell fast. Come enjoy the great dirt covered or burnt grass all behind the newly landscaped front office with its nice plush green grass and beautiful flowers, bushes and trees. Theres garbage all around the trash containers, broken glass all over the parking lots, you can't swim in either of the swimming pools cause their greener than green, people are constantly vandalizing the property and vehicles, there's roaches everywhere, in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, cupboards, dishwasher, light fixtures and even bed bugs that we've gotten twice since we moved in and we are clean people. The price keeps getting higher and higher and the secured gates are a joke. Their broke more than they are working. There are homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lots, people coming and goung all times of the day and night that dont live there. The water is off nearly every other day due to water leaks and there is absolutely no air blowing upstairs in the townhouses. And the air dont work much better in the downstairs. Maintenance is also a joke our apartment flooding 3 times in the 1st month we moved in where there was raw sewage leaking into our living room, they had the rug cleaned but it should of been pulled up and new carpet replaced. On hot days you can still smell the sewer smel. They had to cut a hole in our bathroom wall to get to the pipes and duct taped it closed and it stayed like that for 2 1/2 years until about 2 weeks ago they finally fixed the wall. Our door was half way painted for 2 1/2 years up until recently also. NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY ARE ASKING FOR!!!!! These are anything but luxury apartments as they are advertised as!!!!"

"Found their number on a second chance leasing site. They couldn't tell me the name of the 3rd party they use for approval. Which is $200 and non refundable. They couldn't tell me the number for the credit score requirements. They just told me I'd have to pay $200 to see. Not a second chance. Not friendly. Not helpful. And out to get your $200. Buyer beware."

"I will give this a one star for price only, This was supposed to be a good starter apartment for my son and his little family, has been nothing but issues from the start. Moved in and the roaches were everywhere, dishwasher had standing water festering with more roaches. Now 2 months later the lack of emergency maintenance services. Water has been backing up into the kitchen sink for 2 days now, messages have been sent and voicemail left… but no response. What is the point in emergency maintenance if they won’t even check on the issues. Now I have to be even more concerned for the health and welfare of not only my child but my grandchild from all the water damage that will bring on more roaches and mold. Based on reviews that I have seen I do not have high hopes of the problems being fixed properly. I cannot wait until they can get out of this place."

"Current resident here, and the end of my lease can’t come fast enough. The water is constantly off, HVAC issues at least once a month. I have mold growing in my bathroom that I requested maintenance for months ago, and they just sent a notice to resigned for $200 more a month. Idk what happened to management, but this place is a complete 180 from when I moved in two years ago. Counting down the days until I can get out of this place."
