"Horrible management. April in the office is very lazy putting in applications. Put an application and payed the app fee. Was told they couldn’t find my file! Had us thinking we were getting it. No response back at all! Do not apply here if you need an apartment. Now we’re going crazy looking for an apartment."
"The manager has made me feel secure. Me and my sons are moving here. I just drove through the property at night. It was quiet and clean & safe. It took me forever to even try to enter the property that’s awesome. Communication has also been awesome with the manager."
"Anytime you call to speak with the manager she’s never available. I paid too much rent in October and November when I asked for my money order back they told me it was already processed. Then when I moved out they still have yet to return my deposit or my overpaid rent UPDATE! I called again and once again she unavailable… then when you ask for corporate number they gave me a random guy number. They are frauds and will be making several complaints"
"Truly marvelous customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and straight to the point. I can not recall the last time or ever I have had such efficient help when trying to get into an apartment. It will be hard to move away with how friendly and convenient the staff is. If you’ve ever had issues with receptions at other apartments you will never find that here ."
