Aero Apartments

"I've dealt with at least 3 different sets of front office staff within the 2 years I rented here. The most recent ones act like they know it all and are very rude individuals who love to scream over you when voicing your concerns. You have to call Code Compliance in order for maintenance issues to be handled because they can't seem to keep maintenance people (which is literally their excuse). Also you can't use any of the "included amenities ". The pool was opened only 1 time within the 2 year lease and also I never was able to get my laundry card because they never had them in stock. Before I moved out no one took seriously our mold issue, so we moved out. I rather pay double deposit anywhere else then give these people any more of my money."

"New manager and rude! I’ve had heart surgery have not been able to drive. Even emailed! Comes pounding on my door. No hello or how are you nothing. She asked do you have a balance? I said yes. She said pay tomorrow or you will get an eviction notice. Also any positive reviews DO NOT BELIEVE!!! Roaches everywhere! Whatever the pesticide they use does not work. You have to call the city to get things done. Never answers their phone or replies to voicemails and emails! My car has been marked up and towed in the parking lot. The move in date got messed up. They told me my move in date was on the 1st so I paced up my car and got to the apartment and floors were not done. So, I had to spend a week at a hotel at my expense! Just one problem after another. I can handle that but rudeness is where I draw the line!!"

"I moved here almost 2 years ago , and I truly believe a home is what you make it no matter where you go . As long as you keep a clean apartment and you actually allow pest control inside then you won't have bugs . I'll post some pictures because I have the upgraded unit with the new flooring."

"Their apartments are premium!!! The office management are real nice, and their maintenance team are always on the job. I feel so grateful to have moved here! They gave me a $300 discount to lease!!! If you visit please refer to me who exceptionally recommends this place!!! Your very welcome!!!"

"I was interested in these apartments as they were decently priced and looked nice on the pictures. I called today at around 2:26 and spoke to someone named Carlina who was very nice and gave good detailed information. I scheduled a tour for 3:30 and was advised the managers would be going on lunch and should be back around that time. I arrived at 3:20 and no one was in the office. Upon arrival the neighborhood and streets didn’t look pleasing, there was a dumpster in the middle of the road, there were kids outside yelling across the parking lot, a bunch of crackheads walking around who looked like residents, and the gate was leaning and not working. I waited and started to get annoyed as i drove 25 minutes to tour this apartment. As I was getting ready to leave someone finally arrived and went into the office around 3:51. I came in right behind her and was looking around until she finally asked how could she help me. I told her I had a tour at 3:30 and she did not seem to have it together, she asked for my name and told me the lady will be right in to help me but she’ll be leaving early so she might not be able to help me? Anyways the lady who I’m assuming was Carlina walked in asked how could she help me, took my id and gave me a tour of the show apartment. The apartment smelled like smoke and I could hear a child screaming from the other side of the complex. The pool was very dirty and the supposedly hot tub was black. Overall I did not have a good experience and will not be applying. Even though I haven’t lived here, I do not recommend."
