"I have lived at this complex a year and a half, the first year there was plumbing issues and the apartment flooded to our ankles and they did nothing about it but slap a bandage on and have the audacity to bill me for damages when they weren’t even the ones who cleaned it up. Also had a friend get her car broken into and they had almost nothing to say. The second year not only did MY CAR get broken into and my medication stolen, my ac went out, I asked them to fix it and they “tried” then I asked them to fix it again and they said they would but never did, so I asked for the third time and got no response. So I did what anyone else probably would have done and broke my lease after a few months of my daughter and I having to stay with a friend. All is well until I noticed they sent the last six months of my lease to collections and it’s effecting my credit which we all know effects other things. This place is straight trash!!! Like several other people have said, the ONLY “good” thing about them is that it’s “cheap” rent… (not even that cheap anymore). Not to mention I’ve had five guests of mine get there car towed and had to pay a few hundred to get out!"

"Take a look at the pic of trash, that's exactly what the place is. Also UR CAR WILL GET TOWED. Tow driver drives thru daily several times. Your only allowed to register 7 times per month, so that means no more than 7 visitors a month, and the apt only allows 1 registered vehicle per adult. So there is no off street parking available and qt will tow you also if park their. Save your money go someplace cleaner who doesn't steal from the poor . Also their yard is full of stickers, complex is trash don't waste your time here."

"I’ve been here 13 almost 14 years and have never had issues until now with the new MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THEY HAVE , they are very rude and unprofessional and have to come atleast 3 times to fix an issue… I hope corporate can see this since Courtney left already!!!!"

"I have lived here for about 4 years and am so happy to be moving and here's why... 1. Parking is terrible... People who like to visit park where ever the hell they feel like. 2. They rent to ghetto tenants that are just dirty and messy and disrespectful. 3. You WILL be robbed.. your car and patio for sure, maybe even your apartment if you leave your doors or windows unlocked. 4. Office staff is always changing every couple months and seem lost and very rude. 5. The kitchen appliances are very outdated mine were from 2009 6. The trash area is disgusting and an eye sore every week. Oh and don't forget your mail will probably be stolen also, since the mailboxes never work properly. Cheap rent is the only reason to live here."
