The staff is very engaging within the community as far as keeping the complex clean and presentable as well as coordinating events that bring cohesion to the residents."

"The assistant manager is great. She helped me out with a payment plan for my rent since my vehicle had broken down and needed to fix in order to go to work. The office lady’s are great the greet you with a big smile every time you come in Maintenance is great. Jesus, Lazaro and Jacinto are quick in responding to my maintenance request"

"It has been well over 60 days since the latest issue with RAT INFESTATION. My son and I are terrified to be in the apartment. We have been unable to stay since the initial sighting. I have called management and requested pest control weekly. Holes that should have been patched before my move-in were not filled promptly. The building is condemned. Since moving into this apartment there has been three different managements in LESS than 6 months. Possibly due to the many infestations and various other issues on the premises i.e roaches, rats,no hot water etc. Since moving here my son has been diagnosed with asthma.We have both been treated for upper respiratory infection, which can be caused by droplets from roaches and rats. These living conditions are VERY hazardous to our health and have been taken lightly. As stated before I have contacted office management and the property owner on multiple occasions and nothing has been done in a timely manor, nor have they offered me any suitable accommodation. I have videos of other tenants complaining of rats, roaches and no hot water. I also have pictures and video footage of the infestations and feces on my bed and in my kitchen. My son and I have been displaced December and January, and now February the apartment is inhabitable. I have asked to be let out of the lease but they are only trying to evict me due to paying rent. My son is still having night terrors and now refuses to sleep by himself. My stay here has been continuously interrupted due to the lack of upkeep to the property, unbeknownst to me. Their negligence has also cost me my job that I had been at 3+ years. The management is predominately white and they have no regards for tenants of color. I say this because I have been staying on family members couch and hotels periodically which I openly expressed to management ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I was beside myself when I overheard staff offering hotel accommodation for another tenant ( who was white) that was complaining about rats in his apartment about 2 weeks ago. ( I also have this on video ) IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPLEX NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD!!!! ( I've only been here since August which I couldn't even stay in the apartment until SEPTEMBER ) there's never any hot water not even during the severe weather, fires in apartments no one is staying in, cops are there very frequently , staff is rude, trash is always overflowing, pest control never comes, roaches EVERYWHERE, RATS , they add extra fees on rent that are NOT stated in the lease. I have video and picture proof of everything. Maria saying she cannot help and acts oblivious to things going on even though i've explained the situation to her multiple times. They don't answer the phone I have to continuously go up there and still don't get to speak to Denisa because she supposedly super busy. I have contacted corporate and left messages no response. Cliff the owner declines my calls and just reads the messages and barely responds. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE and I hope w/ this information you wont have to go through the same thing. I can only upload pictures and most of the evidence is on video. ( The photo of the bed has rat droppings and they have chewed the walls and left their stains) UPDATE ANOTHER RAT : My dad just went into the apartment TONIGHT 02/2/24 around 10 pm which is a day after writing the initial review * which he is the one who set traps over a month ago pest nor exterminator did anything* HE FOUND ANOTHER RAT .. there is a plethora of them ! The management does not care !!!"

"If you want peace of mind this is not the place for you! Pros: no bugs, parking is great Cons: no hot water, shower doesn’t work, no communication, too pricy, buildings catching on fire, cops are always here, laundry room is currently closed and has been for weeks, multiple different management companies within a year, upstairs flooded ruining my floor level apartment, asked management to put my towel rack back up instead they put a hand towel holder up, claim to offer $500 off but still hasn’t, dogs off leashes, my mailbox is always open and mail is usually all over the ground, and all of the dumpsters are overflowing with trash most weeks"

"Joanne and Ebony, in the office were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They went out of their way to help me with issues that were not even their job. They made feel so at home here. Being a single mom I appreciate them so much and dont know what I would have done if it wasn't for them. I highly recommend these apartments."
