Boston Heights Apartments

"I have recently moved in to these apartments and my experience has been very mixed. There were issues at move in that were clearly due to miscommunication between maintenance and management. The apt was not ready including not having ac. I spoke to Laverne many times in those following couple weeks with nothing but lies from her on when it would be solved. She never apologized or acknowledged her mistakes but would just make new promises every time we spoke. Fast forward to her last day where she lied to me again about it being done that day. The next day after Bo was in the office to deal with things I had an ac unit in that day! My ac has gone out today. Bo is unfortunately, not here today and there is no one else in the office or answering phones today to help me with this issue.i hope these are not ongoing issues as I do like living here and of course, Bo has been nothing but helpful the whole way. The rest of my experience has been beyond disappointing."

"The owner will not fix the sprinkler system. This lawn is getting watered with dog urine. All of the plants are dying. People throw their cigarettes out, and grill on there patio, in 105° weather. WHY?"

"I’d start off by saying these are great apartments in a good area,very nice and clean area I love that they have a little park for my little one and the office staff is great! Especially Bo she made our family feel welcome and helped with everything we needed. She was very helpful and attended to any issues that arise she’s awesome!"

"Happy Memorial Day, TOILETS DON'T TAKE HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!! WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. May 29, 2023 This is my fourth year living here. I love it, my neighbors are great. The management are great. Maintenance is quick and reliable. No busted pipes or power outage during freeze(s). But please, we need real landscaping. All they do is mow; no weed and seed so the weeds are becoming an eye-sore and, invasive. Also, they mow with industrial mowers down to the dirt, so fleas have become a problem. And the dead trees from last years freeze are kindling. When someone throws a cigarette out of a car we could be up-in flames."
