"This Complex is disgusting. I’m writing this for my sister. They have towed her car because she HASNT CHANGED HER LICENSE PLATE. HER LICENSE PLATE. My sister recently moved and she has purchased her Texas plates but they haven’t came in and they still decided to tow it. NO ONE notified her that they needed to be changed. She has had problems with her water and ac. The rent here is too high to have problems like this. If you’re looking to move here, find someplace more affordable please!"

"Writing a new review because we are still having roach problems even after almost 2 months. It is getting exhausting. We thought we were getting somewhere with the issue and sure enough we found another little colony of them hiding today. My girlfriend called yesterday to confirm that they were going to be arriving to spray yesterday. She was quick and rude on the phone saying that we’re scheduled for the next several weeks. Even though we called they still did not show up. I am going to be coming in to speak directly with whoever is in charge cause it is clearly not cutting it."

"I wanted to see how fast the process could be because I was living in a hotel. I had the room paid until Friday and I came in on monday. They told me we can get you in on Friday. $500 off first month helped alot and they stuck to there word and what they quoted me. I got my key before I paid the rent I paid quickly paid it tho like right after I deposited the money. I had one washer no dryer after work on the following Tuesday after labor day. I was looking for a dryer when I looked next to my washer they brought me one while I was working! this place is nice and lit up at night and the neighbors seem nice! this place is so good. The staff is very responsive."

"I just received the notice from the new manager Veronica yesterday and I can already see that we will have amazing changes. I went to visit with her to meet her and talk to her and I can tell you that she’s very professional and very caring. I really do hope our neighbors are all in for the change. Property is nice, just needed someone who cares. Hopefully my rails get painted soon and our pool gets cleaned!"
