"This has been the best renter’s experience I have ever had. Trista is amazing, and has been nothing but attentive, accommodating, and considerate throughout our whole application and leasing process. Trista truly takes pride in her job, and goes above and beyond for her clients. A month after our initial meeting, Trista still remembers the little details, preferences, and needs we spoke of. The fact that she takes time to message us, catch up, and make sure we are taken car of makes all the difference. It is the little things, and as a renter, I am blown away by the care and service provided by Trista and the Cortland Chisholm Trail. I am truly happy to be staying here, and to have Trista as our go to point of contact has been invaluable. Thank you Trista!!! You have made us feel so welcomed, and made this process that much easier!"
"From my tour through the application process everyone was extremely helpful. I always got a return call if I had questions. The move in process was smooth and the apartment was spotless when I got here. I received information I needed about the complex and the processes. Trista was especially helpful and professional. I feel like I made the right choice of apartment homes. Thank you to each of you for making the experience excellent!"
"This property is very nice. The gym is large and has all the equipment I need to stay fit. All of the employees always address my concerns ( I am a needy person) and make me feel like family. The office team are really helpful, especially Liz! Thank y’all for all y’all do!"
"This property has lots of potential, however due to the lack of attention to detail and unruly tenants it makes it a subpar complex. We had so many issues, from be assigned someone else's carport multiple times to our kitchen flooring coming up. The noise barrier is the worst I've ever heard in my life as we had to cut our lease short due to stomping, yelling, fighting and screaming from upstairs neighbors on the 3rd floor from 10pm-2am every night with nothing ever done by the supposed courtesy officer that was never seen at night only eating in the office during the day and Liz who could care less. Christy and Sandra were nice. Our stairwell continually had garbage and stains and went uncleaned by management who were annoyed when reported. Our key lock fell off our PO Box (couldnt access mail for a week) and let's not even talk about their package system that never worked. Get real on charging $250 for the offices, they should be free (leave co work space to WeWork). The clubhouse is not for tenants to gather its the office staffs large playroom. Lastly, the pool was continually dirty and not maintained. I would test it once a week and each time the chemicals were so out of line they could harm someone. Please enforce dogs on leashes as our dog was nearly attacked 3 times, one time I almost had to draw my weapon on a pit bull. Definitely be cautious of all these 5 star reviews by people who have only left 1 review On Google as it's likely friends or family of the staff trying to boost their scores."
