"Their is more privacy because of the small apts their is, a lot of police live here so feels more secure. Neighborhood is pretty loud especially on the weekends. 1 bedroom apts is pretty comfortable for a 1 person with no pets. Apts are outdated so is everything inside. Maintenance is very friendly, and service is quick to assist you with your problems. No friendly neighbors. Previous apt owners were very nice, and understanding. Ownership has changed 2 months ago, and they changed everything. Payments could be done thru the online portal, but now we have to pay with check. Oh, and If you want to go leave your check in the office that’s a no because you have to drive to their other apts (La residencia) to drop it off. Because it’s more convenient for them to only pay employees to be in the most beneficial office for them. Nice right? Yeah, no. In my case I’ve been 2 years with both apt complex, and I had NEVER given a late payment, this month it happened. I thought they’d be more understanding for it being 3 days late. Nope I got charged 10%. Parking lot lights are now being turned on till after 9:30 and it is pitch black. Seems like prior management was more appreciative of their customers. I’m glad I’m leaving, and would not recommend only because of the new management."
