"DISGUSTING STAY AWAY! These rooms are inhabitable. Jacob Guerrero is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever encounter. He hangs up, avoids phone calls, and laughs in your face. Higher management and corporate condones this behavior so good luck trying to go around him. It’s a miracle this place is still in business."
"So just seems old and beat up. Not abused just time has taken its toll. Bring your own pillows the ones here are a strange combination of too thin and too hard. It has a bunch of we live here people, not a bad thing necessarily. Just know that going in.They have directtv but didn't spring for a box in each room so not guide on channels to find something your back to the 80s flippin thru till you find something."
"This has to be the worst stay I’ve ever had. Staff was completely rude and unhelpful. When we got to the room there was roaches and the A/C was not working! When I went down to report it the guy that was “on call” said well I’m not on the clock I’m just on call so your going to have to wait till the office opens at 10am tomorrow! When we went to go report it in the morning the lady at the front dead just took our room number and said she get someone to look at it. No one ever came and when we went to go down to report it again she said she can’t do refunds or change our room because she wasn’t a manager. We asked her if she could send someone to look at the a/c and she said we had to wait till Monday ! Honestly just pay a couple more dollars and get you a better place to stay. NEVER GOING BACK ! What a waste of money"
"If there was a zero star rating, this would be my choice! This location is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It's mold infested and this over all smells like mold! The whole 2nd floor hall way smelled moldy and I was refused a refund for 3 day reservation. I understand the no refund policy that I may have signed but I having a HEALTH HAZARD jeopardize my children's health should be reason enough for a refund!! Please don't waste your time or money!!"
"All the reviews are true!! The lady at the front desk assigned us to a room where there was wood on the bed and no sheets, and no AC ,restroom was dirty too. We went down to get another room and she assigned us to one with people in it!!! We literally walked in to a room with people!! Finally the third room was okay. There is always a smell though, fourth floor was so bad. The lady at the front never explained anything! She would just click away in her computer."
