"This property management team does not help out or hear out the tenants. They lie to you and tell you “we understand your concerns/issues” and then do nothing. Once they know their is an issue the purposely give you false hope that they will call you back with more info but in reality they do that so you can buzz off and not bother them. The manager herself tries everything she can to not talk to the landlords or ask them for repairs that are needed. Spineless and unprofessional overall from this company! 0/100 I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ANOTHER PLACE THAT HAS RENTNOWRGV AS THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!"
