"I lived at Villa regale for four years. Great management. The property manager has always been very responsive and friendly. Excellent maintenance,prompt and always provide quality work. I’ve lived in many apartments, and the current maintenance is the best maintenance I’ve ever had, I felt very safe in this gated and secured complex. The apartments themselves are very modern and beautiful, the complex is clean and peaceful . I highly recommend! Family and pet friendly. I have to move due to personal circumstances, but will definitely be back if the situation arises."

"Villa Regale has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They really maintain everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords. They are also GREAT about allowing pets including having a small dog park where pets can enjoy themselves as well. I would highly recommend renting. It is really close to everything that include places to eat, hospitals, the expressway, and Edinburg. The safety of complex is one of the areas I can say that they have outdone themselves in. I haven't felt the need to be afraid nor worried about anything that involves crime."

"Stayed for 1 year moved due to job being remote/ promotion. Great place to live and very pet friendly. Very quiet at night! And maintenance team is on point! I also even got my security deposit back! Only change id say they can make is washer & dryer units the brand is great but the unit types are not. Washer is eco friendly uses very little water/ dryer as well uses minimal electricity to dry clothes so takes multiple cycles to clean / dry clothes. Other than that it’s a great apartment complex to live in."

"Love living at Villa Regale. I’ve lived here in total for about 5 years. I have moved away for work with the opportunity to live anywhere when I move back, but I always come back to Villa Regale. Love the layouts and gym that’s open 24/7. And the pool in the summer is a must. I must also mention the management is great here, they take action on all concerns and in a timely manner. They constantly upkeep the place as well."
