"Mari Perez is my renter agent and this is the worst experience I've ever had! My ac went out last Friday. She said would take 3 days. That was 5 days ago it's been 8 days and I'm still without ac and there's kids in the house. Garage door guy took a week to come. Came on a Sunday in dress clothes and did absolutley nothing. He didn't even know what error code was. This agent is unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of her clients. I can't even leave a review on her page I wonder why. Avoid her at all cost. BYER BEWARE UPDATE: It took 12days total for ac to be repaired and it was just the fan that went. This was a typical case of greed where just to save a buck on parts and shipping they made my family wait without ac in this 100 + degree weather all for not shopping around and using next day delivery. I know this because after 4 days of waiting I called a real ac company and they told me they could get the part in 3 days with overnight shipping 9/22/2023: This realtor is pure negligence. Garage door broke. Mary told us via text it would take weeks, but not because the part wasn’t available or because there are no contractors available (given that I gota quote for someone to come and fix that same day). The reason it’s taking weeks is due to her trying to save money and only having one service guy, which by the way lives an hour away AND doe’s not work weekends. The wait was not the problem. We waited without complaining until the day she told us via text the day the guy would come. My wife and I both work, so my wife asked for that day off. At around midday, we get notified by Mary that the guy wasn’t coming after all. We complained and warned about playing with people’s money and asked her to please tell us exactly what day and not guess so that we didn’t lose another day of work. She confirmed via text that it would be the next day for sure. You can already guess what happened. Nothing. No one ever came. I told the actual owner of the house that I was going to deduct from next rent what my wife lost buy relying on this lady and he said century 21 wouldn’t be affected, because she’s still getting paid, but that it would hit him instead of I did. I told him that I was going to deduct even if we had to get evicted because of that. We rather move than to deal with this unprofessional agency. The owner agreed that this lady is deliberately and unnecessarily costing us money and agreed to not extend his contract with her. I’m taking this time to write this story to warn others of this company. YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, PARTICULARLY MARY!!! UPDATE 09/23/23 After weeks of waiting for repair, Mary finally told us via text that repair guy would be coming on Friday 09/15/23. On Friday the 15th no one came. On Monday the 18th, she said he’d come on Wednesday the 20th. On Wednesday, she told us he’d come on Thursday. On Thursday she told us he’d come on Friday. On Friday, she told us he’d come today after 5pm. On Friday after 5pm (6pm) she said he would come at 7pm. Today is Saturday. No one has come. This lady is unprofessional, vengeful and neglectful. DO NOT RENT/LEASE ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY CENTURY 21. This will happen to you too"
