"This is definitely not the Holiday Inn Express standard I'm accustomed to.. I was completely shocked to see the condition of the room. The walls are marked. The carpet is filthy. The furniture is old. The shower is stained. My flight arrived at 10 pm. I called the hotel requesting shuttle service from the airport and was informed that it wasn't available. $200 a night for a $30 room. HORRIBLE!!!"
"Shower was low pressure. Let front desk know in the morning and did not do anything until after I spent all day at work and had to wait to them to address the issue and then go out for dinner"
"Room accommodations are very cozy and comfortable. Rooms are clean, the staff is super nice, breakfast has a lot of variety, fitness center is good enough to get some cardio and do some dumbbells exercises. Overall excellent place for long term stay."
"The old hotel, requires renovation.Tge room i have is with a very old equipment, air conditioners are antique and very noisy..the room is not so clean....the kitchen place is huge , but useless as there is no oven ..the toilet is clogged periodically ...in the first day of stay the breakfast was very limited Another problem happened yesterday...there was pipeline explosion around the hotel and there is no water almost 15 hours, no one is taking care to apologize, at least to distribute water bottles they didn't guess... Today on 29/6 again there is no water, and I called the reception asking to distribute bottles of waters for the toilet...I got a stupid answer, that they don't have... paying almost 200$ a day , having no water and basic amenities it's terrible. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed"
"This hotel is over priced. I was told prices are higher right now and didn't know why (card on the back of the room door showed 189.00 a night) so there's that. I paid 118 a night WITH 9000 points (times 2) for 2 nights. There are 2 laundry rooms on floors 2 and 4. One washer one dryer for each. I loved the shower head but the chips in the shower was disappointing. The elevators are out of date for inspection. 3 months over due. Breakfast is shut off at 930 on the dot. Still getting breakfast? You're about to be locked in. The hallway leading to the rooms smelled like used deodorant. The room was cool but..... lacking. All of the outlets were sunk into the walls making for a nervous nellie wanting to plug in my charger for the phone. No guide on the TV just mainly local channels. The remote looked as if it came from 1993. Carpet was dated, black mold and peeling wall paper in the shower. Calcium deposits and green lyme left on shower head. I had to clean it myself. I will never stay here again. Should have stayed at the wyndham down the road."
