"Worst experience ever Reserved a non smoking room when the whole hallway smelled like cigarette I complained to staff in a very rude wayy said she can t do anything about it when I ask her to put some freshener smell went inside the room I complained again to be switched room and floor she failed to do so. Next morning on breakfast there was nothing but waffle and coffee when I was told they provide a full continental breakfast I went to complain with general manager he failed to provide assistance did not resolve the issues just threatened to call police if we did not like it that we just should've left the building. It so unfortunate to have people so unprofessional rude he raised he's voice like almost attacking body language .....Need corporate to review cameras they can check on staff never available on reception. Refuse to provide any solution Very poor customer not worth the stay with false advertising of a full continental breakfast"
