"Horrible management, Lola Slowik refuses to return my deposit expects me to pay for repairs on normal wear and tear of apartment, like faucets and tubs, bathroom floor that was warped due to previous water damage. All the repairs I asked to be done before moving into the town house and she refused to fix, she wants me to pay for now. I was under the impression that a deposit is for damages I've caused not for repairs in between the tenants moving. I have called numerous times,sent many emails, and gone to the office looking for her and she will not respond it's been 3 months and still no refunded deposit or a phone call. They must think I will just let it go but it's not right. This manager is stealing my deposit and it's not a small deposit it's $1000.00 . Stay away from this company, horrible customer service and management."

"the owner is a rip off artist she attempts to sell properties which are in poor conditions. She lied to us on several aspects of one home we look to buy. The neighboors now use her to rent their property, their tree fell into our fence and knock it down. Gold key didnt answer any of our calls and the moron running it Ms. Slowik finally answer when she though she had a buyer on the line and attempted to come out with excuses on why they couldnt do anything. She will be taken to civil court for the most part but the people who have done business with her now regret their actions for doing so. Evade at all cost."
