"Pros: Great place to live in. We'll mantiened. Great place if you have children as well. Pool is great if you don't mind others, children have access to swings and plenty of land, the washer and drier are easily accessible if you don't paying, as to people living here well each to their own. Cons: you can hear your neighbors downstairs, hardly any parking and they have spots taken without permit, entrance and exits are so narrow you make a short turn an you can hit the curve too wide and you practically crash into another car. People don't respect parking spaces. You can hear the water running when it's opened from the shower from your own apartment and from your neighbor's."

"The manger is very rude!!!! I mean i call in a nice way to ask if they have any apartments available and she basically just cuts me off and very rudely says no. I feel bad for people already living there that would have to deal with a person like that. Very bad customer service maybe even the worst i have ever encountered."
