"I have been living here for a year an half and it has been the worst stay i have ever had. They tend to cut off the water at random time without notification, the first floor apartments are susceptible to flooding. For the people to repair the walls that got damaged from flooding took more then a month, till we had a black mold issue. Not to mention the kitchen sink has always been an problem to it getting clogged and water leaking from the pipes constanly."
