"Great apartments. It is quiet and no drama, just how i like to live. I have been here for 7 years and will probably be here 7 more."
"I lived here with my babies for a year, which we lived very peacefully, the 3-bedroom townhouse is worth the price, the maintenance was always pleasant and answered our calls very soon!… and the manager was always kind and respectful and always that there was a detail that needed to be repaired, he always ordered people to do it on time. I lived so good here."
"AVOID AT ALL COST This is the first and last apartment complex I will ever live in. I found this place on Zillow from a different state and moved in site unseen due to my husband being in the military, but if I saw what I saw in person I would’ve never signed the lease agreement. This place by far is run down, you are met with the aroma of cat urine because it is over populated by cats, the “grass” is full of goat heads, and they have a bucket of dog poop in the middle of the quad area that maintenance never dumps out. Now let me tell you about the inside, they charge you a “cleaning fee” to get the apartment professionally cleaned for the next people to move into but I was met with nicotine oozing walls, animal urine dried to the floor, dead roaches, broken back door and an over all mess in the back yard we had. Lastly we are military and when we got hard orders that my husband was pcsing to our home state on reserves ( in the military clause) Richard the landlord refused to give us our deposit back due to us not “deploying”. With that being said please reconsider ever living here"
"I called inquiring availability, a woman with a very heavy accent answered and seemed pleasant at first. Very eager to show me the 1 bdrm and said they had a different properly, a 2 bdrm townhouse that was available to show the next day. She made small talk asking how many people will be living in the apt. I mentioned for my husband, my 6 month old and myself. My husband has his own business and I was starting a new job soon since I’m getting back into working. She then starting rambling my ear off about how I needed at least 3 months worth of work, proof of car payment or to basically look elsewhere but made it seem as if no one would consider my application, then immediately hung up with out letting me speak. I’m sure this is a great community to live in but with that kind of customer service, I AM DEFINITELY NOT INTERESTED ANY MORE. We are more than capable of paying the down payment and first months of rent. I pay my bills on time and have a great credit score. I definitely felt degraded and disrespected."
