I looked at every apartment building in Lubbock when I looked to rent and this is the best facility’s along with best price in a good safe neighborhood good for both raising a family or just for a college student getting ready for that next step! The staff was super helpful and made the experience one of a kind with plenty of community involvement and opportunities to meet and talk with others in the complex! Would definitely recommend 100%!"

I am lucky to have found The Fountains Apartments because it is such a quiet and safe complex. While the units are not necessarily "luxury" units, they are well maintained. The office staff is amazing and very responsive. If you are looking for an apartment complex that is away from the college party scene, safe, affordable, and feels like home, then you really should check this complex out!"

"I lived here two years with my partner. The office staff are very polite and attentive. The maintenance crew is also quick to fix any issues you have, same day if possible. Packages are normally dropped to your door, but sometimes in the office. It is a mostly quiet neighborhood with nice people. It’s dog friendly and they manage the stray cats well- there are none normally. Overall it was a great stay and I would do it again, given the chance. Thanks for all you do to the fountains staff. They made my stay 5/5 star."

"The proximity of this apartment to the mall, church, hospitals, workplace and other establishments is very outstanding. Will definitely miss our apartment. It was our first home away from home. I will absolutely miss our neighbors who turned into friends. And friends who recommended us to stay in Fountains and who have been so good to us for the past year. By next month, we will transfer to our new home. It was and still a great experience to stay here. The prompt response of the maintenance to our unit problems were appreciated. The almost monthly treats of donuts, pizzas, and etc were fantastic. We are really taking care of. There was a minor communication that had happened but it was resolved and communicated.
