"We were looking for a nice, quiet place to live with a village feel and we found it! There are over 400 homes here but you would never know it. Gated community with 24 hr security. Very well kept, high standards for lawn care, two pools, a connivence store, pond with ducks and walking path, play ground. The rent is very affordable and the management is very helpful."
"Called to see if they had any rentals and told the lady my situation and she said well I don't know if I want you here or not if you're being evicted and I was not being evicted. She assumed something without hearing my side of the story. She was very rude"
"Wanted to take a look at a place here and possibly move. First red flag was the constant “no pit bulls” all over everything. I am so tired of everybody putting a label on pits and making it hard for pit owners to find a suitable place to live. Pit bulls aren’t bad dogs they are treated bad."
"I lived here for two years and I absolutely loved my time. I honestly felt safer here with the gated security than anywhere else in Lubbock. Management is always nice, knew my name and would always cruise through the neighborhood making sure everything was good. I wish I could have stayed!"
