"Currently staying here been here since 2020 and ready to be out of here called about a month ago for maintenance to come for a work order they said they completed but never did. Also pest control came and never sprayed my apartment after they said the would come . Emailed them after i seen on camera that the came but never entered my apartment. I’ve told them about roaches for as much as i clean there everywhere and i have a little one. Management is just lazy and never answers the phone and when going into the office have a attitude about it."

"Horrible location to live, management makes this the worst. I moved out a year ago and they just began to claim I had an unpaid balance after keeping a deposit they also claimed would be refunded. Zero stars is not an option unfortunately."

"I currently live at Indiana Village and have had several unresolved issues. The new office staff started about two months ago there have been a big difference. They are working hard to actually help residents and resolve issues. They always greet you with a smile."

"Update: forgot pics of everything! Been here since 2014, my first year was good because I lived on the side that the office is and that's the only side they make sure looks nice of course because everyone sees that side! But on the other side is disgusting the laundry mat looks like a public bathroom unless they clean it like once a month! All summer on this side the pool is green most of the summer i think we got swim twice when the sign wasn't up for being closed! Having roaches outside the apartments, ugh I have many pics! They are remodeling the outside for what half the stuff in the apartment need to be fixed first! Said the remodeling would be done like in 3 months should have it's just painting but nope still not done, ppl throw stuff all over the apartment complex n they don't say nothing just go pick it up not just trash but mattress all on your lawn if your by the trash can n all furniture! They charge you for a trash pick up service even if you don't use it we live by the trash can why would I wanna pay 20 dollars for someone to throw my stuff away when it's just right there? They charge a packet fee 10 why ? They charge for pest contol but I never see them but maybe a couple times they are always on the other side though hmmm! My a.c. is another thing it hasn't worked since Aug 1st it's now October 11, nothing still n when I called to asked when it's gonna get fixed bc my rent was due they said I was unaware that it wasn't fixed yet, n they said it's only 70 outside but yet that would make my house 80-90 inside I have 2 kids coming to me saying it's hot! Told them I'm gonna terminate my lease if it's not fixed by this end of the month idc if colder days are coming it should work I pay alot of money to leave at these pieces! No word from them but what can they say I have proof over everything! I wouldn't recommend these apartment to anyone unless you wanna deal with bs n I know I'm not the only one with the same problems! Just wanted to let ppl know before they waste their money here n for anyone that says we'll why haven't you moved bc everytime my lease is up everyone else is moving too n I don't find anything else that probably isn't as worse as them but this last year was the topping of it all, they don't know what they are doing my a.c. is trial n error like forreal? The maintainace man that came had the device on the wrong damn unit ha okay but they are all certified like they say Okay! Office is open all kinds of different hours sometime they open at 9 or 10 am n close 5 sometimes 6 I called 3 times before they answered n I said I called 3 times n now y'all can answer no response to that but how can I help you? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!"
