"The unit we moved in to was honestly okay, I see where people are having issues in the reviews. But as far as my unit, it was fairly clean, and me and my roommate keep up with the cleanliness so we don’t notice anything off. There were times when the water pipes froze and there were issues, but they did warn us in advance on how to combat that and in some cases some units flooded from frozen pipes, including ours. But that was our fault as we used the washer thinking it would be fine. They solved that issue by bringing in carpet tech and making sure the units dried completely to prevent mold. They are good with maintenance and rarely do we wait long periods of time before things get fixed. I enjoy my time here(:"
"I highly recommend not living here. As many residents are students, it is not worth the time to be stressed about your living arrangement while dealing with your studies. This apartment complex lacks accountability. You will encounter water damage frequently and may receive damage to your items. You will encounter mold, some units even frequently need fumigation from insects and roaches (they will not tell you, you will find out from other renters after you have moved in). If your damaged personal item is too expensive they will find every excuse not to reimburse you. If you are inconvenienced they will again find excuses not to handle the situation. If you do have to live here or currently are my tip for you is to take pictures when you first move in before placing a single item in the unit. If you have a form to turn in, keep a copy for yourself. If the form requires their signature, after they sign also request a copy. I moved units and lived there for 2 months from a suitcase and didn't unpack anything and they claimed the carpet was damaged. The same carpet had to be cut up from a water leak that caused mold and damaged one of my personal items. Get outside renters insurance, and not through their provider, because if you want to file a claim and you have their insurance they can deny your issue and won't let you file one. I hate to have felt like a guinea pig through my struggles at this complex, but I have learned so much from this terrible experience and do not wish others to experience the same. I have numerous photos and videos, I would be here all day, I wish anyone staying here the best of luck."
"Living here was an extremely horrible experience. A terrible smell of smoke from another place filled the room… it was unhealthy for me. I sent a request to the office, but no one responded. Last winter, the ceiling leaked like a waterfall… they charged us for electricity to dry the kitchen but never compensated us… The AC didn’t work this summer… After we moved out, they charged us an extra fee for things they didn’t fix… Gratefully, I moved out already…"
"Never consider this place to move in especially as a student. Although the price might look compelling, the place is not suitable for living. All the five star reviews are promotions the place gives students for a discount or a reward. I lived there for a total of 5 day,s before moving out and subleasing. This is not a exaggeration, i couldnt even stand living there for the five days i was there. My move in day, the fridge was full of molding food, there was pills of trash on the counters, the microwave had brown slug all over it, the walls were chipped and damages, the washing machine broke in a day, the dishwasher would come out completely the door couldnt even be open, the cabinets were held by one screw, the bathroom was covered in mold and painted over, the wood was splitting, there was worm shedding on carpet, old nails, the sink and bathtub were full of slug and hair it looked like a dead rat, the water filter was broken and even after a request to fix it, they came in, gave up and left it broken, half of the stove was broken. I went to the office to discuss the apartment, and thats when i met justice. She will manipulate the situation and blame it on you, she told me that it was my roomates fault for the mess, even though i was the first to move it. She tried chrages us for the mess and said they are unable to clean up those area because it is restricted. She told i exaggerted and this place was completely livable. She also mentioned that she does not want to talk to me anymore because she noticed how uncomfortable she made me. The next day when i talked to Audrey, Justice came up to me to thank me for coming and giving them a chance to talk and hopefully fix things. Justice was very two faced with me, because obviously I am not comfortable around her and when i would go to the office during the five days i was there, she would give me nasty looks for requesting to speak with a different worker or manager. There was also a large line of people complaining about similar problems about there apartment. The fireman had also advised us to live at those apartments because the outlets had signs of electrical hazards. When i subleased, they made me sign a contract even after i told them that i was not okay with the contract because it had a statement that is against Texas property law. This place is also in improper coding is safety. Do yourself a favor and look at the bad reviews over the good ones, and save yourself from this place."
"I had requested them for a lease for 2 a whole 2 bedroom space for me and my friend. At the first i felt i was served very well by the management. They promised me for a 2 bedspace at top floor and it will be ready within 14 days. I needed a immediate move in but just because they promised me with all that i did agree with them and was waiting and finally when the day came. They just assigned me with a complete dirty room in the ground floor and the room had broken doors, drunk and left over bottles, dirty floor and many more. And when i asked them for a room that they promised for in the top floor, they said it was more broken and spoiled. I can understand they might have gone though it but still its there responsible to atleast inform me before when they are making a change. I was very disappointed and they just had no other option for me. And they just cancelled our signed lease. I had no place to go."
