La Salle Villas

"While I will say the La Salle apartments are decently up-kept, I have to comment on the unprofessional atmosphere of the property managers. They promote unqualified and unprofessional leasing agents to act as property managers. While I was having my own issues with roommates due to their impulse to break lease, the leasing agent (Nakina) decided to invest in this predicament and become emotionally involved. I went to discuss my issues with Nakina July 5th 2023 on my lunch break at 1:00 pm. She did not listen to my concerns of breaking the lease even after stating I did not have the financial resources to obtain a new apartment within the timeframe of 1 month. I requested wanting to stick to our business agreement of the contract already written and signed by all parties (written on ——) stating we keep the apartment until September 24th of 2023. It was to the point that Nakina stated the leasing contract “was not a business agreement” and that she “called HR” who claimed that “she could break lease 84 days early upon her discression”. She admitted to impulsively putting out an early dismissal of the lease because “why would you want to live in an apartment where the roommates were not getting along”. This is based on emotion and opinion, not the contractual agreement that was signed. While I again commented on the fact that I would not be able to afford another place to live because I was planning on moving out in September per the contract, Nakina states that “she was not here to hold anybody’s hand”. Seeing that I was not getting anywhere with this discussion, I requested to have the number to HR to have this issue resolved to which I was denied. I would strongly recommend choosing another apartment to rent from because the contractual agreement and your voice is not valued here."

"I have to say I have worked in property management for 3 years. And when I say this company has one of the most pristine staff members on sight I mean that. From the get go Janlon has been so incredibly kind and helpful. She is incredibly understanding to everyones situation and behaves in such a professional manner. I move in this weekend, and I have had such a smooth application process, and I cannot wait to move in because I know she’s going to ensure I have a great move in experience and residential experience. I can always tell she answers the phone with a smile and willingness to help that is so rare, especially nowadays for customer service. You can always tell when someone doesn’t want to answer your questions or help you in anyway. This place all of the staff have shown nothing of the sort. They all show their willingness to help and answer the phone with a smile. I just can’t stress enough the phenomenal experience I have had with this complex thus far. In this world it is important you are kind to others because you have no idea what the other person is going through, and Janlon has really made a tough time in my life a more stress free experience and I’ll never forget that. I can not recommend this place enough!"

"The day I moved in I noticed one wood plank missing/broke off the fence on my back patio. I made a quick work order online, and to my surprise they fixed it that very day! Not very much to brag about, but I’m very happy and super impressed how fast they got to it! Great job!"

"We stayed at LaSalle Villas Apartments for about a year while we were involved in volunteer work in the community. The management was easy to work with and worked diligently to find an apartment in their complex that met our needs. Once in an apartment, they worked quickly to address any concerns we had. A special thanks to Josh, a maintenance worker at the apartment complex who seemed to be able to fix just about anything, and did so quickly. He also explained what he was doing for us. There were times when we trusted him to come into our apartment when we were not present and we were never disappointed. I would trust him with our personal home, whether we were there or not. Two Thumbs Up for La Salle Villas Apartments."

"I had the most greatest experience at these appointments. They are the absolutely best apartments I have ever encountered with. The staff is the most friendliest and help you in every way they can. The dumpsters are never full and all areas are clean. Any person you see around the area are friendly. My neighbors were very nice, never had a problem. It is also very quite, everyone is very respectful. I am super impressed and was very thankful for great service. Thank you!!!"
