"When me and my family first started living here, not gonna lie it was kind of ghetto But when we got new management we gave them a chance, because we were low-key planning to move but some big differences came around the corner, new stove, new refrigerator washers and dryers cabinets, new fans and they blow fast so I’m not even hot upstairs no more back then I used to have three fans. Now I only have the ceiling fan going on. and in the restroom, bright lights, I don’t even need my ring light in there no more so so far, the new apartments has a big difference in them and I love it here!!!"
"So I moved in here a year ago. The first couple of months were horrible. I even wrote a bad review, but I deleted it. Because I have to say with the new manager, I can see things improving very well And the new construction that they did to the apartment looks much better and classier it don’t look ghetto My apartment looks so much better with the new stove, fridge, and dishwasher I got more happier when they told me that they provided washer and dryers because I was still paying on mine and i no longer have to and that saves me money !!!!"
"I been trying to get in these apartments they gave me the run around. I don’t think they even tired to run my application… they r rude and unprofessional I don’t understand y it’s so hard to get in these apartments they pick in choose who they want in the apartments and that’s not right I have 5 kids in needed a place to stay…"
"Dnt rent here they dnt care about there tenants my ac hasn't been working and its very hot it has broke 4 times in the last month...and they left us there with the Temps at 89..and I have 6 kids...been waiting all day for frion...since 830 this morning and still nothing..DNT RENT HERE EVEN THE NEW OWNERS DNT CARE..WHY THEY DNT LIVE HERE"
"Do not rent here ! Have lived here 3 years. They don’t fix anything. Never can keep maintenance men. The office staff is rude and very unprofessional.. have been without hot water for a week now and all they can say is they are working on it .. have called code enforcement on them .. also they advertise a pool & it has never been open since I’ve lived here. Definitely find some where else to rent from. 5/2/23"
