"I went in to look for an apartment today, and let me just say this, WOW. The apartments I saw were exactly what you see on the website. But Chelsea was absolutely amazing at helping me get in. I was a lot to deal with, but she was able to sit there and talk to me about my concerns and questions. It makes me feel better moving in to a place knowing staff is not only kind, but competent and honest!"

"I went in hoping to see a two bedroom apartment and did not have an appointment. Chelsea happily took me on a tour and offered me a beverage. The apartment was fantastic, clean and ready to move in. She was very knowledgeable and so friendly! I would definitely recommend District West to family and friends, but don’t forget to ask for Chelsea if you want the best experience ever!"

"Received a tour from a lady, I believe her name was Chelsea. She was very kind and helpful, her knowledge and ability to answer my questions and concerns of the Complex was very pleasant. The staff is quite amazing and if you are looking into an apartment, I would definitely recommend!"

"These are the worst apartments shortly after I moved in my ac went out I moved in May 30,2023 my ac went out a week later I sent so many emails calls went to office in person every time they would say they would send maintenance but they always said it was working which it wasn’t I moved out August 2023 and I had 2 units in my living room I couldn’t even sleep in my bedroom because it was hot now they are suing me for almost $4000. They were quick to do that but not fix my ac worst experience ever"
