"I’ve lived here a little over two months, and my experience has been pretty good so far. The maintenance tickets I’ve submitted were taken care of quickly, and the management has been kind and accommodating. It’s pretty quiet for the most part besides normal stairway noise and footsteps. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of storage room! My cat loves sitting out on the balcony to people watch, and there's room for her to play out there too. The only thing I wish that there were more of is free parking spaces because it can get filled pretty quickly."

"THE BEST apartments in Lubbock , not only is the area convenient and safe , the management staff is amazing ! They are always ready to help with whatever you might need , the maintenance staff is always at your door ready to help with whatever the issue is . My roommate and I have no complaints and recommended to any and everyone , very family friendly !"

"This place is amazing. Very well kept up with. If anything breaks or messes up they are quick to fix it. And they always leave a note when they got there what they fixed and what time they left. They are very friendly and are always willing to help. They really take pride in their service and their overall care for their tenants."

"I lived here for 2 years, one in a single bedroom and then upgraded to w 2 bedroom. That process was extremely easy and smooth and I appreciate the front office for making it like that. I loved the ladies in the office, they are very sweet and diligent. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the peacefulness of the complex. When they would host events and the trunk or treat for the kiddos was a very sweet touch, even tho I don’t have kids I know the ones who do appreciated the little things like that. They were always professional and kind. Thank y’all for my experience living there, I recommend!"
