"I am enjoying working here!!! Management has been great,and the apartments are nice,large gorgeous pool,gated community for tenant privacy/security. The property also has a few up to date barbeques with a large pool as well. I will say I have worked for companies that have very run down apartments and it makes work horrifying. If you are seeking a lovely, comfortable,warm feeling home "THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU". This so far has been a nice work environment at "Anatole" plus the other employees are nice."
"Awful management. When I moved out I took photos of the entire property and management refused a walkthrough. Then 3 months after I moved out they sent me a bill for new carpet. My car was broken into because the gate was broken for months. So much for a “Gated community”. The apartments are nice but overpriced and management is rude/unhelpful with any issues."
"Just signed a lease for another year. The staff at the apartments are VERY responsive. Also, maintenance is amazing. My A/C broke in my apartment and I put in a work order. Within 30 minutes, they were here with another unit replacing the one that had broken. I have never had that kind of responsiveness at an apartment. Highly recommend."
"I have really enjoyed living here the last 2 years. Maintenance responds so fast and always fix my issues, also super friendly. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. The walls are super thick, I’ve never heard my neighbors. Nice interiors with washer dryer included. The parking is limited which can be annoying but it’s never a huge inconvenience. I would resign if I wasn’t moving cities. I always recommend this place to friends."
"I feel very secure living here. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious with a huge closet. The pool is beautiful and maintained well. The fitness center has a variety of machines and weights. The office staff is available to answer questions very professionally, respectfully and politely-never in a condescending way. The maintenance people are also very pleasant and respond timely to issues."
