"Save yourself from going to this place. Lakeway location is very discriminatory especially the front desk I believe her name is Kaityln. She left a voicemail saying that they will not reschedule an appointment for me ever again if I don’t make it to my future appointment. I went to this location roughly two months ago for the first time to get my heart evaluated as my physician referred me to this place. I met Dr. Ann Mani and she was extremely rude and not compassionate at all. I think I hardly spent a minute talking to her. She asked me to schedule a follow up to do an echocardiogram. I booked my follow up appointment right away with front desk Kaityln. Just a couple of days before my appointment the front desk called and asked me to delay the appointment time by 15 minutes and I agreed. On the appointment day, I reached at the right time and she said that I was 15 minutes late and had to reschedule my appointment. (I didn’t even get an email of any appointments). I booked another appointment with her after two weeks of wait time. Just an hour before my appointment time, front desk called me again and said that they will not reschedule my appointment ever again if I miss it. The tone that she used also was not friendly and I felt like they just didn’t want me there. I did call back immediately to see what was going on and she repeated the same voicemail words in an argumentative tone."
