"LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS: first off, the front desk ladies are awful. They talked about a patient and his need for a refill right in front of me, WHILE STATING HIS NAME. What happened to HIPPA? They also stated how annoyed they were with him. Stay away from this awful office. I wish I would have listened to the reviews but they were the only doctors office available for right now. BEWARE"

"DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! Appalling care! Dismissive, unprofessional, and offensive. Ignored online info, made inappropriate comments about appearance, completely neglected my concerns. During the follow-up, the doctor unpreparedly reviewed lab results, casually suggesting a brain tumor without sensitivity or explanation, and shockingly joked about it. Furthermore, prescribed medication without discussing side effects or necessary lifestyle changes. His disorganization and insensitivity have left me doubting his diagnostic abilities entirely. This experience was a complete departure from the positive reviews shared by others, leaving me deeply troubled and questioning the authenticity of those reviews. I would strongly caution against seeking care from this doctor, especially if you're a woman seeking respectful and competent healthcare. His lack of bedside manner and disregard for serious concerns create an environment of distress and uncertainty."

"Will aggressively push to schedule unnecessary follow up appointments to charge you. Went in for a routine physical with blood work. Wanted to give results in person before results were known. Opted for a 5 min phone call. Charged for a full appointment without disclosing that I would be charged. Results could’ve been given by a nurse or online. Also, pushed thyroid treatment after a single blood test. Checked with another doctor and my results were perfectly normal. DO NOT GO HERE."

After my primary doctor refused to do tests, I was referred to Dr. Punjabi and was able to get in very quickly (just a few days after I called) which seems to be impossible for new patient visits. He made sure all tests I wanted were ordered and verified multiple times that I didn't want to order any others. Dr. Punjabi made me feel heard. Thank you, Dr."
