"This clinic has amazing customer service. I use the text line frequently and have had a few phone calls now with the ladies that work here. Every single one has been so pleasant and nice to speak with! They respond quickly via text, mostly the same day! and when they don’t, they always apologize, but it’s never more than a day or two for a response. I think WIC is a great opportunity for all women to take advantage of when starting a family. There is no shame in getting assistance to feed you and your child! I’m a SAHM and WIC has been a life saver with inflation prices increasing."

"Ive ben here 3 times on 3 different times and there is always a but to why I cant be helped . All I need is a replacement of a defective card THEY GAVE ME ! I enrolled in wic 3 months ago and till today I have no use of benefits because they cant help . She NEEDED TO LEVE AT 4:30 and its 4:13!!!"

"scheduling is a mess. I missed my appointment because no one called to remind me of my appointment like I was told they would, and when I called to ask when my appointment was I was on hold for two hours and had to hang up because I had to be at work and couldn't hold that long. When I rescheduled and arrived the day of my appointment, I was told that my appointment was never scheduled, so I would have to have "patience" and wait over 2 hours. I understand WIC is FREE benefits but this is not okay. There was no consideration to the fact that I've been waiting and needing this appointment, and I cannot wait around all day when it was their mistake to begin with. Poor customer service."
