"Steven Willis FNP-C was excellent from the time he introduced himself to me, and the level of care I received was phenomenal. He was very professional, had excellent bedside manners, and was thorough and friendly. Patient care is one of my biggest pet peeves. People have so many options to go for medical care. The facility was nice. The staff were by far one of the best. Especially after Covid-19, healthcare workers seemed to have lost their touch due to being burned out. The level of care was not the same. Employees seemed to be unconcerned and showed no compassion or empathy. "People may not remember your name but will always remember how you made them feel."
