"I must be the only one here with a negative comment, then again those positive reviews are not recent, but I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with this center. When you first walk in, the front desk lady made eye contact with me, but then turned her back to talk to the other ladies in the back the whole time. Eventually I had to open her window at the front desk to get her attention. After my sons first appointment, I was given a schedule that would start about three weeks later. Well, I was called the evening before his appointment to tell me that they have to cancel the appointment because our doctor did not get a signature yet. I was told they had sent it several times. After I reached out to my sons doctor ,we found out she had not received anything from them. So I called the central back. They said they must have the wrong fax number. Long story short I have an email from them saying that I was told wrong. They are waiting for the therapist to write her report which can take a whole month. This is not professional at all and my son is 17 months old is needing feeding therapy ASAP. We will not be waiting for this unprofessional place to help. Upset mom, Valine Ditona In response, I was NEVER notified of curbside check in. I walked in and she looked at me and continued her conversation with the ladies right there. She was NOT talking on an earpiece. I heard their whole conversation. A lady came in behind me and she did the same thing, waited a long time then she opened the door and said "excuse me ". I was called the night before appointment and they were putting it on my doctor, the delay."

"Ms. Sherry has been such a huge blessing to not only my son who is in therapy but to me and his little brother as well. She is super super helpful, always sends an email full of information and stuff for me to print out at home or in session to help my son. If I have any questions, I save them especially for her. She has definitely been a light to me in this pandemic, through all the screen time and virtual learning. Every single child AND parent needs a Ms. Sherry in their life!! She goes beyond just a therapist but a person we adore and love. We look forward to seeing her on her session days!! Thank you TCOB for having her!!"

"We have worked with Therapy Center of Buda for years and they have been amazing. Sherry is my son's therapist and she has seriously changed his life and ours. The progress we have witnessed is unbelievable. Our lives have been transformed. Not to mention, my son loves therapy and let's just say, he's not usually a fan of 'appointments'. He absolutely loves Sherry, though. He says "She makes me want to be a better person." My son is 12 so having that type of mentorship at this time in his life is extremely valuable. We are infinitely grateful. The director and owner, Amy, is also wonderful and has really helped us through some very difficult times. There's also Travis who works in the office. He is kind, helpful and patient, always. Every day. All day. Not one time has he ever seemed even slightly annoyed or indifferent. He is always present, aware, engaged and most importantly, welcoming and supportive. We very highly recommend Therapy Center of Buda."

"We are absolutely heartbroken to be relocating and leaving Therapy Center of Buda. My son has been going 3x a week for three years. He has grown and learned more than I could of ever imagined with the help of his therapist Katherine and Emily! This is more than just a Therapy center. It is a family. The entire staff is respectful and caring of my entire family. (I sit in their waiting room with my sons two younger siblings). I can’t say enough good things about this place. Amy runs a tight ship and she only employs the best! We surely will you you all!"

"We are extremely happy with our choice in starting services here for our son. He has been seeing Tiffany for speech therapy for a couple months, and has recently started seeing Angela for occupational therapy. Our son is always so happy to go to therapy, and the entire staff is always warm and welcoming. We have seen some great progress already! When we first met Amy for his initial evaluation I felt comfort in knowing that she would also be there to help us with the evaluations from the school district and she would help ensure that he was getting the best education experience possible. It is a wonderful feeling knowing you have people in your corner and who have your child's best interest at heart!"
