"I had an appointment at 8 am today which is right when they opened. I purposely scheduled this, so that I could get her to daycare and to work. My daughter is almost 2 and it was only a 10 minute appointment and I still had to wait FORTY FIVE MINUTES. In their follow-up email with information about my next appointment it says this... "In order maintain our incredibly low wait times, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late or if your paperwork is not completed we may need to reschedule your appointment, so let’s work together to make sure your kiddos visit is fast, fun, and easy!" So... if you are just 15 minutes late they might have to reschedule you, but they clearly have no regard for the patient's time. If I show up for the first scheduled appointment time for the day I expect to be taken back on time and if not I just view that as complete disrespect for my time. That being said, the office is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and once I was taken back the experience was great. But if you are a working mother and value your time, I would not recommend."

"This was our first appointment as new patients. I have a 1 year old being seen for his teeth and a 3 week old seen for a lip tie. Dr. Otto and all the staff were pleasant, friendly, amazing with both my kids, and thorough. They answered all of our questions in detail and made us feel not only well-informed, but comfortable. I cannot recommend this practice enough!"
