"Waited on hold for an hour with no response. Same with the chat feature. Can’t get ahold of anyone to make my appointment. I left a message and nobody called back within 24hrs. Online scheduling isn’t available for this type of appointment. Not sure why they make it so difficult for people who are already experiencing difficulties medically. This is not acceptable."

"I have had a nightmare experience with this medical group. I've been in a battle for 6 months because they entered my insurance and name incorrectly at the counter, and didn't notify me until I received a huge bill in the mail. I called and updated my insurance - then each month for 4 months, I have to call and ask them why they won't apply insurance and make a seperate case each time - they always told me they don't know why and they'll process the claim again. Here I am in Feburary for an October visit now calling my insurance asking why I still owe money after they finally charged my insurance, and Seton still has incorrectly enetered information. This was after one of my previous calls was WITH my insurance calling Seton to make sure my information was correctly inputed. I will never be returning to any of their practices again becaus I never want to relive this nightmare."

"Very timely and organized. I must see the doctor annually and get additional injections at his office twice a year. Office is about 20 miles from my home. I don’t understand why I can’t receive the injection from my PCP who is local (3 miles away.-) both are in the ascension network. Would same time and money."
