"Came in at last call literally 15 minutes before they closed.. was told depending upon the person administering the drug test if they had time or not and if I was ready to go.. drove up from San Marcos called ahead talked to David a specimen collector I don't know his technical job title but he was a very nice respectable young man and got me in and out the door took longer to drive up and then take the test, thanks David!"

"Very poor management and systems. Scheduled appointment online and system said error so had no time of wait time or when appointment would be. Drive to facility and they say oh yeah the system shows error it will be 40 minutes and should get a text. Then come back an hour later when ready and no XRay techs, when I had just called the day before them stating they do full service from possible broken bones. Care from management about the issue and not wanting to resolve or find a solution. Stay away there is way better urgent cares a short drive away. The convenience is not worth it."

"The urgent care clinic option to register online was a huge time-saver. The nurse and doctor are amiable and knowledgeable. Most impressive was the front lady, Carolina, her pleasant attitude and willingness to help make the experience pleasing. I highly recommend this clinic."

"Love location when I have urgent care needs. There is a black female medical technician, praise God she's still there. She is so amazingly professional, knowledge and very gentle with patience myself and my foster kid on different occasions and today. I love see someone of my color and or a black person working in a field where I visit or in need of a visit. But the entire staff is awesome. Happy 2024."
