"I went in for a Covid test this morning, but my insurance wasn’t working for some reason. The staff in the minute clinic were SO patient and helpful. I was honestly shocked, because I can hardly get the people at Walgreens to even ring me up, let alone be helpful. I wish i knew the two women’s names so I could shout them out, but y’all are doing great! Thank you for making a frustrating process much easier!"

"I’m a UT student without a primary care doctor in the Austin area, so I decided to visit the clinic for the first time when I fell sick this week. NP Holmes was very helpful and performed the appropriate tests quickly. Glad to know this is here and will definitely return if I need to!"

"I went 3 months ago. They are nice people. But I went only for Covid test, and they made another test I did not request and my insurance charged me more. On the bill it clearly appears that covid test was 0 usd and the other one 25 usd. I was possitive Covid, so the other test shouldn’t have been done."

"Katie Holmes was incredibly helpful and kind! I made an appointment for 5:50 & was called back exactly at 5:50. I lost my voice and was writing on a note pad & she was very accommodating. She was helpful in making sure I knew what I would be paying for as she did each test rather than just running a bunch of tests and charging me out the wazoo for it."
