"I FEEL SORRY TO MYSELF FOR NOT LEAVING THAT DENTAL CLINIC AFTER I HAD CONCERNS ABOUT THE SANITARY CONDITIONS OF THE PLACE. THIS CLINIC IS A LACK OF RESPECT TO THE CITIZENS OF AMERICA. What a horrible surprise when I had to suggest to the doctor that he please use sterilized tools that should be sealed before use. But as if that were not enough, when the doctor and the assistant began to work roughly on my mouth, they did not pay real attention, they were talking about the lottery, about money, about anything except paying attention to me as a patient and they continually hurt my lips with air guns and utensils Finally, the CARELESS doctor pierced my upper lip with the drill. I WAS DISCONCERTED AND WALKED AWAY. NOW I’M LOOKING TO SOLVED THIS. WE DESERVE RESPECT."

"Your office called me and rescheduled for today, saying Dr. Bayona would not be in the office on the original appointment day. Then Dr. Bayona gets in the room today, claims that I did a No Show on the original day, and tells me to reschedule to be seen for my checkup. I tell him the check up is supposed to be TODAY. Dr. Bayona shakes his head, as if I'm lying, and says I need to have labs done. I tell him I ALREADY had the labs and the results came back to me almost 2 weeks ago. As a matter of fact, I contacted the office ahead of time to be sure the lab orders were in place so that I could get my blood drawn. Clearly, he did not thoroughly review my chart before coming in the room. I feel Dr. Bayona is very dismissive of me as a patient, and I consider his after visit notes to be misleading on what actually occurred. The last time I saw him, for back pain in the left kidney area, he didn't even take a look at the area or order any tests. He said HE GETS RANDOM PAINS TOO and dismissed me. Why is this clinic billing my insurance, and collecting co-pays, when the proper service isn't being given? The office manager (I'm terrible with names, hers starts with an I) is awesome, though. She takes the time to listen and address concerns. She arranged for the copay I paid today to carry over to a future visit, and changed to a better doctor in the clinic. Patients should not be made to feel like riff raff."

"I've been coming to Community Care: Rundberg for over 5 years. My doctor there is DR. Reddy, she is the Best! She takes the time to hear my concerns and answers my questions. I never feel rushed. She cares and it shows. The nurses and office staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs. Very satisfied with the care I receive."
