"I have been a patient of Dr. Denson for 7 years. I have been very happy with her and her staff. She has always been kind, caring, and provided multiple approaches to treat my condition. Sadly, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone! And the problem is the management and operation of this very large specialty group. For several years now getting through to their call-center has become increasingly difficult. You can wait literally over an hour to get someone to answer the phone, even when it is simply to make an appointment! I have complained about this multiple times to various people within the organization and been told that they were getting a new phone system in October 2023 and that would be solving the problems. They got the new phone system and as of today, January 24, 2024 it is no better. You still wait to get anyone to answer the call. They at least now have an option to request a callback. I have used it and gotten a call back within two hours. However, at other times I have not gotten a callback. Several months ago. I sent an email through their website asking for them to contact me about the difficulty in getting through to their call-center. I never heard from anyone. I have discussed this many times with Dr. Denson and she said the physicians and staff are as frustrated as the patients. They have gone through several practice administrators over the years. There seems to be high turnover and they currently have no President of the organization as he resigned last summer. I am at the point of seeking out another practice for my urological care due to the extreme difficulty in getting through to anyone at the call center to either make an appointment, ask a question about a prescription, or get clarification on a treatment plan. I’m surprised that the 40+ physicians haven’t gotten together to do something about the miss management of this group. They need to bring in someone who can turn it around ASAP."

"Dr. Kansas is excellent; however, this practice seems to no longer value patients. I would not waste my time. They are impossible to reach by phone (45 minutes on hold) and are unresponsive in their patient portal. I am moving to a different practice. Zero stars. Would not recommend."

"Contacted them in March for a surgery, had a consultation with the doctor and he said he would have the surgery scheduled. Months go by and I hear nothing, I call and email the surgery scheduler multiple times and never get a reply. Now here we are 5 months later and they’re telling me that the doctor is no longer doing that surgery. Now I have to find someone out of state because no one could be bothered to call me back. Terrible experience."

"My experience with the doctors has been fine but my experience with the rest of the clinical and office staff has been abysmal. To name a FEW of the errors I have experienced: - the nurse told me she moved up my appointment to an earlier date so I could address some issues, but she never made the change. I hired a babysitter for the appointment but I wasn’t on the schedule. - the schedulers told me one location on the phone but scheduled me for a different location, and I didn’t find out until I received my reminder. - they threw away my sample that was supposed to be sent for culture so I had to return and provide another sample There are many other examples and I have tried to call the office manager Bryan no less than 10 times and left multiple voice messages over the last several months and he has never returned my calls. So to whoever responds to these reviews, please don’t tell me “we don’t want anyone to have this experience, please reach out to discuss”, I have and no one has cared enough to return my calls."

"Very disappointed. I had an appointment with Dr Denson to discuss an issue that I had with passing a kidney stone. It was a very scary experience for me because it was my first kidney stone and it honestly felt like I was going to pass out. I went ahead and talked with the Dr Denson about it and she mentioned that I had another one but it was very small and she didn't recommend anything needing to be done. I wish I recorded the conversation because I honestly felt like I was misled. I've had some cramping show up again in my stomach that was similar to the last stone that I had before it passed and I ended up calling and leaving a message on her boss's voicemail which he never called me back. I highly don't recommend this place or Dr Denson. She gave me a very light brush off before I left and she speaks very fast and gave me a somewhat false impression about her compared to her profile I read prior to choosing her as a Dr.. do your research everybody before coming here and go online and make sure that the doctors are board certified. And if you have Medicaid or Medicare make sure that you choose a doctor that won't just get you in and out as quick as possible because of your insurance because that's what it kind of seemed like what happened here!"
