"Very dismissive when seeking a second opinion for a visible break in forearm. Did not complete a thorough check of my arm when I never took the brace off, but claimed he did in the aftercare notes. Spent 2 minutes in room, never asked what movements trigger the pain, pushed medicine, and on to a hand specialist."
"Doctor showed little care or interest in the yearly physical exam and rushed through the visit. He seemed to not want to take the time to listen to explanations or questions until the end. Furthermore he seemed to not care about providing guidance and needed prescriptions and said the specialist should provide them instead of him. Will not be going back and seek another doctor."
"Very professional staff across the board. Extremely clean and inviting facility inside and out. Unlike many other places they honor appointment times, so there's no sitting around in the lobby for extensive periods of time waiting to be seen."
"Most staff is great! The new system ARC has set up in MyChart though seems as if it’s designed to make it nearly impossible for a patient to actually send a message to a provider but sends you on a very frustrating loop of questions which then always leads back to a page which says to call the nurse hotline. Then it’s a twenty- thirty minute hold on the phone. Also I’ve recently had a very negative experience trying to get a doctor to follow up with me as I keep throwing up medicine while trying to treat an acute chest infection and he’s been nonresponsive. I’ve left a MyChart message (when I finally cracked some code on their filtering system to do so ) and called the nurse hotline twice. They indicated that my request was reasonable and they could help me but it all depends on the doctor to step in and actually take action , which if it’s his day off etc. how am I supposed to get the help I need? I hardly ever leave low reviews but I’m an exhausted sick disappointed mother who needs to get back to feeling well in order to best care for my child and family. - disappointed this go around. Edited to add I had a similar experience to others in that visit felt rushed and hurried - I was asked if I had any questions but in a such a hurried way that I didn’t really have time to respond. Felt some of my concerns such as being unable to sleep for multiple days in a row were blown off."
"The doctor rushed through the appointment and would not let me explain what I was feeling. He would ask me a question and cut me off if I did not answer it with a yes or no. When he tried listening to my chest I started coughing, he got annoyed and irritated and told me to control my breathing. I went in with a bad cough!!! How can I control my breathing if i have a bad cough!I just felt like he could've been nicer and actually listened to what I was going to say. Dr. Ebneshahidi and Dr. Chen always seem to listen to what I have to say and I was just expecting that level of care."
