"I have gone two times to the Ascencion Westlake clinic, the first time it was great! Dr Liu took care of me and she answered my questions through the portal and it was very nice. The second time my experience was not good. I was attended by another doctor, I needed a urine test which they did, but I needed a cultive. It was close to new year’s eve and I wasn’t feeling at my 100%. She told me she was going to send the sample to be anallyzed. I sent two messages to her thrpugg the portal and she never replied. Afetr new year’s eve I called the clinic (around 7 days later or so) to check on my results cause they weren’t in the portal, and it turned out that they lost my sample and I needed to go back and give another in order to proceed with the cultive. I can understand that we are humans and we all do mistakes, what I didn’t like is the fact tgat she never replied to my two messages letting me know what happened. The lack of i terest to check on your patients’ messages is what really made me feel upset. I don’t write the doctor’s name cause I don’t feel it would be nice to roast a person this way, but I really hope the owner of the clinic or the person in charge do have meetings with their staff and pay attention to the reviews in order to avoid these kind of issues."

"The appointment was perfect everyone was friendly and got in right away. They did a cult on my ear gave me an antibiotic, I waited for 3 days to get results, but thought I’d call Thursday due to upcoming holiday on Monday and no one is in the office no notice on machine with another way to get in touch with them, the antibiotics aren’t working and I guess I have to wait until the 2nd to get another one ordered, I don’t know but my ear is running a green liquid and hurts like crazy. Feel very disappointed."

"Joshua Lucas was excellent. He took time and was very gentle with my possible broken finger. He explained things and set up my X-ray for the next morning. The X-ray tech was also excellent and very gentle with manipulating my finger for the X-ray. I just wish I could get the results. I haven't heard from Ascension nor are my results in my patient portal."
