"I came in with symptoms of body aches, chest pain, throat pain and a cough and they aggressively tested me and said it was only allergies and gave me medicine that did not treat the symptoms I was having. I still felt bad and went somewhere else after I paid for the urgent care visit and found out it was a chest cold and sinus infection. The nurses and Doctors here need to go back to medical school because they are the worse and they are not friendly and show no compassion to all clients only some who they think deserve it. I pay my money just like everyone else. Stay away from this place. You would be better off going somewhere else anywhere else."

"Good service for our cut wound. Staff very attentive. Due to staff shortages unable to complete x-ray at same location and am required to go to another clinic. Also, minus 1 star for 30-40 minute wait."

"We walked in for my son with fever & bad cough, there were no other patients and the receptionist asked us to register online which took over 10 minutes with filling out the form, taking pictures and uploading my driver's license & insurance card (front & back), another 5 minutes for her to go through the online form... and just then she informed us that they don't work with our insurance and we need to pay as self pay for the visit and any lab works. It was more appropriate to get our insurance information before wasting our time and had my son suffer for an unnecessary extra 15 minutes while she had literally nothing else to do other than being on her cell phone..!!!"

"Fast and efficient. Please show your staff more appreciation. A person was coughing openly and not covering with many people in the waiting area. One of your staff kindly assisted the patient in locating a face covering to protect her and other patients as well as staff. Your nurse is efficient and tired, yet continues to be kind and excellent at her job. Please give your very excellent staff something tangible to show how well they are doing. They deserve it."

"Even with a appointment I had to wait awhile to be seen. However, I feel it was well worth it. My PA, Mckenzie, really listened and gave me her time. I was worried with a orthopedic issue they might not be able to help me as they are a urgent care clinic and I wasn't sure if they could help my issue but they did. McKenzie did a very thorough examination. I feel she did a really wonderful topnotch job. Duane the nurse treated me very well too. I also overheard him taking every step and opportunity to be kind to what sounded like a very difficult patient too. I would come back again :)"
