"I've gone to Dr. Peña several times and he’s been very friendly as well as his staff. However yesterday I showed up for a follow up appointment to nobody at the office and nobody answering the phones. My appointment was scheduled at 10:45, well after their opening hours. I understand emergencies happen and I hope that everyone is okay, but I never received a call to reschedule or to let me know that nobody would be there for my scheduled appointment time. Very disappointing."

"if you need a doctor to follow up in a timely manner, or follow up with the doctors at the hospital while you're there to send documents to them or to even follow up with you or your family during your stay this isn't the doctor to chose. Had several doctors attempted to contact this man for records and no return calls.. Had been going to Pena for two years and unfortunately this was the end result . It literally almost cost me my life due to incorrect lab results which resulted in me being sent to the hospital after being found on the floor .One + week prior I had to explain to him what was wrong with me. He had me to take a Coronavirus test which was negative and went back to him two days later with a bunch of guesses and two prescribed pills . A horrible misdiagnosis Recently two of my neighbors had similar experience with this doctor and one is still waiting for test results almost 3 weeks later with no return call"
