"I was convenient for a quick process to get started and seen. I don't get sick often and very rare I need to go for medical care so this place came in handy... I just didn't like that i wasnt given breakdown of my copay and what my insurance covered ... just a verbal. I think that is unprofessional because for a 200 dollar copay I think break down be sufficient. With the raising cost in everything you don't know who is trying to take advantage or not. Unfortunately I wasn't in the mood to make a big deal about it cause I was sick. But I think if I got the break down of the billing... i would feel better about the validity of the Co pay of $200. I won't recommend based on that way of doing business. It's very transactional which I guess I should.expect from a urgent care place."
