"I walked in with symptoms of a flu and they quickly checked me in. After taking my vitals, the nurse left and told me to wait for the doctor. A few minutes later, doctor walks in and ask “hi, how can I help you?”. I mean, you’re the doctor, you should know what to do. I was shaking because of shivers and fever, pale as a freshly painted wall. I replied “just make me feel better”. She replied rudely “I can’t. It’s a virus, you have to let it do its course”. Nothing else. I don’t question the response itself, but the way it was given. You can’t tell a patient “I can’t”. Even if there’s really nothing you can do, just try to be a little bit more empathetic rather than dismissive. They basically checked me in to charge me for the visit and dismiss me as quickly as they could, already knowing there was little they could do."

"I was well taken care of at this facility. The receptionist was very friendly and kind; the nurse was very amiable and questioned me thoroughly. The PA, Erica Young, had thoroughly reviewed the information I brought before she examined me and she listened to me. She also made certain that I remained for a period of time after my injection. I would use this location again if needed. (I am a visitor in New Caney.)"

"Took my daughter to the Urgent Care this morning out of desperation due to the CVS Minute Clinic in Kingwood being ZERO HELP & A WASTE OF TIME. After waiting a hour, we were told to go to the ER and not helped at all. My daughter had Flu symptoms, Throat, ect…. My daughter was seen within 15 minutes at Urgent Doc Urgent Care!!!! Urgent Doc’s was super kind, very account accommodating and their 3 Tier Medical Plan was cheaper than our insurance plan. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the back office triage assistant to the NP were fabulous!!!!!! I highly recommend this location and will definitely go again when needed!"
