"On my third visit to CareNow off Palmer, I experienced their exceptional service firsthand as I sought assistance for my child after an accident on the playground. Initially fraught with concern, my wife and I were swiftly attended to by the efficient and professional front desk staff, who promptly ushered us in. Mariama, with her remarkable composure and adeptness, skillfully calmed my distressed child and administered initial care, demonstrating a remarkable ability to engage and reassure even the youngest patients. I am profoundly impressed by her compassionate approach. Furthermore, Dr. Martinez demonstrated exemplary dedication during his thorough examination, ensuring my child's stability and readiness for the subsequent minor surgery, scheduled for the following morning. Despite my child's occasional reluctance to cooperate, Dr. Martinez exhibited patience and kindness, fostering a sense of trust and comfort throughout the process. I am immensely grateful for the presence of CareNow in our local community, providing reliable and proficient medical care when it is most needed."

"5 stars for the nurses and the office staff. They were kind and helpful. 2 stars for the wait and other things mentioned below. We did the “get a call when it’s time to go in”option. Then we waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes, and then waited in the room for another 45 minutes after the nurse took my daughter’s vitals. We even had to go out of the room at one point to make sure the doctor didn’t forget about us. My daughter had pink eye. She even knew it when she woke up that morning, but part of the intake was asking if she has started her period or not. I can’t imagine any symptoms of a cycle that would cause you to get pink eye. It seemed like they wanted excessive information that even her primary doctor has not requested. I’ve always loved this urgent care in the past, but the last couple of times we’ve gone, our experience has not been as positive as in previous years. We will be looking to better urgent care in the future."

"The nurse practitioner, triage nurse and x-ray techs were phenomenal. However, upon existing I was advised of a final bill for my visit. However, the receptionist had already been advised that I was not in a position to pay any further expenses that day. She acknowledged my statement and assured me that the $180 out of pocket I paid would be sufficient. When a second receptionist called me in to make the payment, I was embarrassed, frustrated, in major pain and wondering why she was asking for payment when the first receptionist had already assured me that my visit would be financially secure. Miscommunication between staff can be challenging. Consider reaching out to the billing department or the clinic manager to clarify the situation and ensure that it gets resolved appropriately."

"Just left this location and, while I am someone who will generally do anything to get out of going to the doctor if I don't absolutely have to, I definitely would not mind coming back here in the future. The wait was short and the staff was so friendly and sweet. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help and I really appreciate that as a patient. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing an urgent care in the future. So glad I drove the extra couple miles to this location."
